Payment & Shipping

 

All products ship from northern NJ - Priority Mail - 2-3 days business days, with tracking. We usually ship in-stock orders out within 2-3 days of ordering (custom orders take between 2-6 weeks), but message us if you have any specific requests or questions!

International orders are shipped with DHL.

Returns & Refunds

 

If you have any questions or are not satisfied upon receiving your creation, please contact Rivage directly, as soon as possible. Although we typically don't take returns or exchanges, we want you to love your new jewels and will work with you to find a solution. All pieces that are made to order and custom are nonrefundable. If something breaks, beyond the normal wear and tear, please contact us and we'll work to resolve any issues. Please remember that each piece is handcrafted and will have slight differences.

Care Instructions

 

Due to the fine bead work please take care not to work out, swim or bathe with the earrings on. Store in a clean and dry space, like the pouch that comes with your new jewelry. Clean the fittings with the jewelry cloth accompanied supplied in your order. It is advised to put on your jewelry last when getting dressed.

Both metal and gemstones can be damaged if they come into contact with harsh chemicals. And while some products to avoid are obvious (think bleach or chlorine), you should also be cautious with skin care products such as sunscreen, lotion and perfume and even placing your jewelry on wood or any chemically treated surfaces.

​

In case of silver jewelry, please store separate to gold jewelry. Placing chalk or a silica pack with your silver jewelry can prevent tarnishing by absorbing moisture in the air.
